Our respect for Elvis and his legacy is at the heart of everything we do. We approach each topic with an open mind, inviting our listeners to engage with the evidence and draw their own conclusions. Meet the Hosts

Meet Tessa
Tessa is originally from London, England, and has lived in Ohio and New York. She holds a B.A. in English Literature from THE Ohio State University and a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Kent State University. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Vocal Pedagogy at Syracuse University.

She became an Elvis fan after seeing Baz Luhrmann's movie Elvis in 2022 and has since read over 100 books on his life and career. An academic, her research focuses on Elvis’ voice and its influence, with particular interest in the evolution of his vocal style, Memphis music history, and the singers who shaped his sound.

When she’s not studying Elvis or immersed in schoolwork, Tessa enjoys being surrounded by music-- singing, reading, sipping coffee and spending time with her two cats, Miss Kitty and Cheeto.
Meet Megan
Megan is from Maryland and graduated from Liberty University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in History with a focus on American History.

She first became an Elvis fan at 14 after she read Elvis and Me and watched the 1988 TV movie adaptation. From then on, she has been obsessed with all Elvis books and subsequently created the Elvis Book Club.

When it comes to Elvis, Megan is particularly interested in learning about the man behind the image and who he was behind closed doors. She loves any chance she gets to learn more about Elvis from the people who knew him best.
In addition to her Elvis obsession, she is also passionate about anything mid-twentieth-century Americana, Disney, sewing, and her dog, Dolly.
